Founder & CEO

Dini founded DVMC in 2015. Her public relations work is taught in universities, has been inducted into the Platinum PR Hall of Fame, and she has been recognized as one of the Top Women in PR by PR News. In 2021, she was inducted into PRWeek's Hall of Femme. DVMC has been honored with hundreds of industry awards, most notably 32 Cannes Lions, including 4 golds, an Emmy, 14 Webbys and many others.

She began her career as a journalist, writing for news and lifestyle publications. She is the author of two books and co-founder of the nonprofit Love Heals, the Alison Gertz Foundation for AIDS Education, the leading provider of HIV/AIDS education to the youth of New York City, a division of GMHC. She sits on the board of The Church, an arts and cultural organization in Sag Harbor, NY.

Daniel has worked with many different clients during his DVMC tenure, including: The Central Park Conservancy, Douglas Elliman, Monica Lewinsky, Pfizer and RIP Medical Debt. Daniel has keen interest in social good efforts; his work with Monica Lewinsky has led to three award winning PSAs for October's Bullying Prevention Month that have been Emmy nominated, won multiple Webby Awards and received countless industry accolades. Leading RIP Medical Debt's rebrand and communication strategy, Daniel has secured earned media placements in virtually every major US publication and helped relieve millions of dollars of medical debt for struggling Americans.

Stephanie is an award-winning publicist with over 10 years of experience. In 2018, she was named one of PR Week's "Top 40 Uunder 40" and PR News’ CSR Professional of the Year. Driven by telling compelling stories, she has worked with clients across all sectors including art & design, business, luxury lifestyle, technology, nonprofit, politics, and real estate. Her work on the viral PSA campaign titled, “Evan” for Sandy Hook Promise opened an impactful dialogue around gun violence and won numerous awards, including 10 coveted Cannes Lions.
